Noah DuBois' Writing Portfolio

Memoir of Stone and Concrete
This piece was my creative nonfiction project submission for WRIT 2000, Theories of Writing. I haven't done much creative nonfiction writing prior to this point, so this was a bit of an experience, but I quite enjoyed it overall. The text is specifically a personification of the Seely G. Mudd science building at the far end of campus, and I'm quite sure that at least 80% of the people on campus have never once entered it. That, amongst other things, is explored in this fictional memoir. It was also fun to write something more in the POV of another, and if I had to have one big take-away from this assignment, it would be learning how to do that.
